These terms apply when you buy or use Discovery House weekly program packs, memberships, printables and planning tools. They are between Discovery House Educator Resources ("we", "us") and the educator or service that uses the resources ("you"). Online checkout is not yet active — until it is, purchases are made by email enquiry and these terms apply from the moment we confirm your order.
Single weekly packs are $15 each for OSHC packs and $18 each for Kindergarten packs. The all-access membership is $39 per month on a 12-month minimum term, giving every current and future pack, the Butler's Diary builder, the AI interest planner and all printable kits. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST once payments are processed online. We may change prices from time to time; your order is always charged at the price we confirm with you in writing.
Each pack, week and printable is licensed to your service for use with the children you educate. One educator or one service may print, copy and laminate the resources for that service only. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the packs, printables or generated programs outside your service, including in paid educator groups or file-sharing sites.
The planner and diary builder produce suggested programs, outcomes and wording to save you time. You remain responsible for reviewing every suggestion, adapting it to the children in front of you, and confirming that it meets your service's curriculum, supervision and safety requirements before you program it.
Our packs map to MTOP, QKLG and the National Quality Standard to support your programming and evidence. We are not affiliated with ACECQA or any regulatory authority, and nothing in the resources guarantees any assessment-and-rating outcome. Assessment decisions rest with ACECQA and your regulatory authority.
Every pack includes pre-completed risk assessments based on common practice, but you must review each one against your own service's environment, ratios, allergies, policies and local conditions before running the experience, and record the checks on your own service template. Surface-temperature thresholds and other safety guidance reflect published advice and should be matched to your service's own procedures.
Because the packs are delivered digitally and by email, orders are generally final once the resources have been sent. If a pack does not download correctly, is missing a promised resource, or we made an error in your order, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month; the 12-month minimum term applies to the membership as agreed when you join.
Discovery House branding, pack content, illustrations, printable kits and generated templates remain our property. Children's learning stories, observations and photos remain yours — we claim no rights over what you create using our resources.
We may update these terms as features launch, especially once online checkout and accounts go live. The version published here is the one that applies. Questions? Email discoveryhouseresources@gmail.com or call 0437 412 478.
