You can browse every page of this site without giving us any personal information. When you enquire about a pack or membership, you email us directly, so the only information we hold is what you choose to put in that email — typically your name, your service name and your reply address.
We do not run advertising, we do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Discovery House resources are used by educators, never completed by children on this website. We do not collect children's names, photos, observations or learning records. Any child details written onto downloaded forms — family notes, summative assessments, incident reports — stay within your service and are never sent to us.
If you email us a photo or story that identifies a child, we keep it only as long as needed to respond, then delete it. Please keep children's identities out of your enquiries where possible.
We use your enquiry details only to answer you, prepare the resources you asked about, and keep a simple record of purchases and licence terms once payments begin. We may keep your email on file so we can support you when you re-order, but you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Enquiries sit in our email account, which is protected by a password and, where available, two-step verification. Our website runs on managed cloud infrastructure inside Australia's closest hosting regions. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure — please don't email sensitive documents about children or staff.
The AI planner and diary builder generate suggestions using an AI service, but everything you type is processed for that response only and is not used to build profiles of children. If we add payment processing or analytics later, this policy will be updated before that change goes live.
You may ask us for the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email discoveryhouseresources@gmail.com and we will action requests within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Call 0437 412 478 or email discoveryhouseresources@gmail.com and Peta will get back to you.
