  • Red cabbage juice (pre-made)
  • Lemon juice
  • Bicarb water
  • Vinegar
  • Test tubes
  • Goggles

Step by step

  1. Pour cabbage juice into tubes.
  2. Add one liquid to each.
  3. Observe colour.
  4. Sort acid (pink) and base (green).
