Sorbet in a bag

Materials checklist

  • Zip-lock bags (small and large)
  • Juice or cream
  • Ice
  • Rock salt
  • Tea towels
  • Spoons

Step by step

  1. Put juice in a small sealed bag.
  2. Fill a large bag with ice and salt.
  3. Place small bag inside and seal.
  4. Shake wrapped in a tea towel for 5 minutes.
  5. Taste and describe the change.

  • • Try different juices to compare textures.
